Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using PrequalPilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
The Service is operated by PrequalPilot. Questions: hello@prequalpilot.com.
2. What the Service does
PrequalPilot is a compliance management tool for specialty contractors registered with ISNetworld. The Service provides:
- Document tracking — store document names, types, dates, and file uploads; receive automated email and SMS reminders before expiry dates
- RAVS answer drafting — AI-assisted drafts for ISNetworld RAVS questions based on context you provide
- Safety program management — upload, organize, and track your written safety programs
- COI parsing — automated extraction of key fields from uploaded Certificates of Insurance
PrequalPilot is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by ISNetworld or its parent company Veriforce.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Access is via magic link emails — do not forward sign-in emails to others. You may not share your account with multiple people; each user should have their own account within your organization.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to submit false or fabricated compliance documents to ISNetworld or any other party
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. AI-generated content
PrequalPilot uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to assist with drafting RAVS answers and other compliance content. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated drafts are starting points, not finished submissions. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before submitting it to ISNetworld or any other party.
- AI drafts do not constitute legal, safety, or compliance advice. PrequalPilot makes no warranty that any draft meets your jurisdiction's regulations, OSHA requirements, or your specific client's expectations.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all submissions you make to ISNetworld using content drafted with the Service.
6. Safety program templates
Any safety program templates provided through the Service are generic starting points based on common industry practices. They are not tailored to your specific operations, workforce, jobsite hazards, or jurisdiction. You are responsible for:
- Reviewing templates with a qualified safety professional before use
- Customizing templates to accurately reflect your actual operations
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
PrequalPilot expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use of safety program templates on a jobsite or in a compliance submission.
7. Your data
You own your data. The documents, RAVS answers, and safety programs you upload or create belong to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the Service, you grant PrequalPilot a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Payment
PrequalPilot currently offers a Founding Member plan at a one-time fee of $299, which includes lifetime access to the Service at the features available at launch and locked-in pricing. After the founding cohort fills, new accounts will be billed on a monthly subscription basis starting at $69/month.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@prequalpilot.com within 14 days of the charge.
9. SMS communications
If you opt in to SMS alerts, you consent to receive text messages from PrequalPilot regarding your document expiry dates. Message frequency depends on your alert schedule settings. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or update your preferences in Settings → Alerts. Reply HELP for help.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PrequalPilot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific ISNetworld grade outcome will result from using the Service. ISNetworld grades are determined solely by Veriforce and are outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrequalPilot's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to PrequalPilot in the 12 months preceding the claim. PrequalPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of contracts, business interruption, or ISNetworld grade penalties.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@prequalpilot.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days before it is deleted.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
